Obedience

Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse;.. A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day:.. And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known. - Deuteronomy 11:26-28

And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. - 1 Samuel 15:22

Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. - Isaiah 48:17

And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? - Luke 6:46

If ye love me, keep my commandments... He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. - John 14:15,21

But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. - 1 John 2:5

Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme;.. Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well... For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:.. As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God. - 1 Peter 2:13-16

Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord. - Colossians 3:20
