It is very easy to be intimidated by some other person in the ministry and to think that we should be like them. We see their 'success' and desire to do the same.
God has made each one of us a unique person, He has been shaping and molding us to accomplish His will in this world. His will for one person is not necessarily His will for another. God has a place and a time for each one of us. He will use one person to witness to some people, and another person to witness to others. He will use one person to plant seeds and another to reap the harvest.
God has given you a distinct personality (though it may be tainted by sin). You will be able to relate to some people or groups of people much better than others.
Be yourself and be praying that God will use you to accomplish His will as you share Christ with the children in your area.
